Tiles of Antoni Gaudi Cuff Saturday
November 1st
Tiles of Antoni Gaudi Cuff

One Day Class
Styled after the flowing and whimsical style of Antoni Gaudi's amazing architecture so famous in Barcelona Spain. These little beaded "tiles" are created by using a combination of Bead Embroidery, Right Angle Weave and Peyote Stitches to achieve a fantastically colorful cuff. Make your own cuff with popping bright colors or go for a more subtle color palette. Either way, you will love this beautiful, textural bracelet.

Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Prerequisite: Uses Bead Embroidery, Right Angle Weave and Peyote Stitches

Sunday
November 2nd
Masai Shields Brooches

One Day Class
These highly stylized brooches were inspired by Lino Tagliapietra's large glass wall hangings named Masai. I love the pleasing shape and bright colors. You can make yours in bright or subtle colors to suit your personal style. Either way, you will want several!

The brooches are created using Right Angle Weave over an armature. You can embellish them as much or as little as you wish. They look just as wonderful plain as they do fully adorned with beads, sequins, crystals, etc.

Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Prerequisite: Must know Right Angle Weave

Mastering The Curl Saturday, November 22nd
7:00pm to 10:00pm
Mastering the Curl

3 Hour Class
Mastering the Curl is Jeannette's signature class! This class has continued to be a favorite class among beaders since the mid 1980's because it is fun for people with all beading skill levels. This simple variation on the Peyote Stitch is easier than it looks, and a quick project. The Curl is such a wonderful pendant when it is finished. I love teaching this class and watching as the excitement builds as the class goes on and the curl begins to take shape. You can shop for the perfect blown glass or lampwork bead to nestle in the opening at the top once you are finished with your curl. Too fun!!!

Sunday, November 23rd
9:00am to 5:00pm
Tidepool Sculptural Cuff

1 Day Class
This beautiful cuff is reminiscent of tidepools I have visited in Hawaii and my hometown of San Diego, CA.

Swirling blues and greens representing water encircle barnacles, anenomes and tiny branch corals. Sand colored beads provide the perfect sea bed for your little undersea world.

This is a fun class for those who know basic Peyote stitch through advanced beaders.

Skill Level: Beginner to Advanced

Prerequisite: None
